“Any dream that comes from your heart is meant to come true.” -Mom

From a young age, I was encouraged to shine my light brightly and follow the changing seasons of my heart. My mom instilled in me the importance of living with purpose, believing in my dreams, and daring to express the artist within.

But as many of us know, following your heart isn’t always met with open arms. While I’ve always had the courage to trust my intuition, the voices of others often made me question my path. Not everyone celebrates our growth, and along the way I’ve encountered more than a few doubters and roadblocks. Looking back, I’m grateful for them. They taught me resilience, sharpened my determination, and pushed me closer to the breathtaking future I now embrace.

For many years, I struggled with fear of abandonment, holding tightly to people and situations that didn’t align with my dreams.

Then came a turning point. After walking through the depths of depression, I asked the universe for guidance and everything shifted. I chose to release my tears, open my heart with vulnerability, and finally give the brave woman within me permission to rise.

That was the year I discovered Pole Fitness.

From my very first aerial class, I felt something awaken inside me. Through movement and dance, I began to shed the heavy layers of self-doubt, guilt, and fear. I learned to trust my inner voice, the one that had been guiding me all along and to stop letting others dim my light.

Since then, I’ve transformed past pain into authentic, heart-felt performances. I’ve competed nationally and provincially, earning medals in Amateur, Semi-Pro, and Pole Art categories. I’ve performed at local events, festivals, and fundraisers, all because I chose to face my fears and take the leap.

What I’ve learned is this: the darkness we experience isn’t the end, it’s a compass. Our struggles guide us toward our true selves, teaching us to rise, to shine, and to remember who we were always meant to be.

Today, I share my love for Pole Fitness, Yoga, and Mindfulness with others. And now, I’m here to meet you. Yes you! You are ready. You are extraordinary. The only thing standing in your way is the voice of fear, and it’s time to tell it to step aside.

We all wonder if we’re enough. We all get scared. But the truth is, you are made of love, and love is unstoppable.

My heart is full of excitement to walk this journey with you, to be your cheerleader, your guide, and your reminder that your dreams are worth chasing. Together, let’s step into courage, freedom, and the radiant light of your highest self.
