Flow river flow

A brand new day ahead, with hopes for a better day than yesterday.

Another chance for acceptance and for it to stay.

Living through and facing some of life's hardest transitions yet.

Building courage and taking in deep breaths.

Blessings often come to us with lessons that break our hearts.

Asking us to carry forward new layers of old parts.

Placing together pieces of a puzzle that were never meant to come together easy.

Embracing every hardship that it takes in order for us to feel free.

Old stories to let go of, breaking patterns that no longer fit.

Releasing unwanted energies that we used to tolerate instead of quit.

Learning to let go of the weight and forgive ourselves for past mistakes.

Believe in our strengths and remember that we have what it takes.

So many of us are hurting in this river we call life.

These streams of unexpected turns cut like a knife.

My biggest wish for humanity is for us to find peace and comfort through the ebbs and flows.

For love to envelop the planet and heal us all from the highs and lows.

It's time to release our suffering and grant ourselves the grace to plant new seeds.

Fill our souls with hope instead of fears, worries, and old weeds.

Find that tiny ray of sunshine that can help us find the courage to begin.

Develop the patience it takes to grow our own garden from our dreams within.

The story will write itself if we take a chance and hold the pen to the page.

And we mustn't worry about how this will happen and in which phase.

Words to each new brave chapter, lighting up our paths to show us the way.

Holding our heads up, staying faithful for being so strong for another day.

The ground beneath us is cracked, and all we want is to feel rooted.

To feel safe and secure as we did when we were created.

Let's rebuild the foundation while also trusting to let go.

Finding balance in the build while remembering to flow.

Years of conditioning have hidden from us the true meaning of being alive.

Lost in a hustle mentality, we forgot how to thrive.

Somehow, we have strayed from embracing all the simple beauty.

We can find so much hope if we lean in and trust the uncertainty.

Our biggest desires and ambitions are waiting for us to embrace.

But we have to let go of thinking that it's a race.

Time heals all that was once broken and afraid.

Once we surrender to walking away from what could never have stayed.

Our inner dreams are so precious, as we have carried them with us all this time.

We've had to learn the hard way in order to know our birthright to shine.

All we want is to have the space and freedom to be who we are.

Flow, river, flow, but please give us the time to heal so we can become stars.
